Most of food which sustains our life comes from earth. We are allowed to live because of soil. We call earth ”お土（o-tsuchi）”, which roughly translates "dear soil" ('dear' for 'o' and 'soil' for 'tsuchi') with appreciation.

We encourage local farming for local consumption, and the improvement of the local agricultural production rate.
