Our Activities

Onisaburo Deguchi, founder of our association, has laid down seven categories of activities by which to achieve the ultimate goal.

1- Farming and Food Protection

Activities to assure food safety

Practice farming by using the soil which is rife with　organic culture and with minimal chemical additives.　Locally produce and consume agricultural products that　are safe, healthy and free from any type of genetic 　modifications nor alterations.

3 - Activism on Life Ethics

Activities to dignify life

Our public engagements and ground activities are coordinated to raise concerns over particular institutional practices such as death penalty by the court system and organ transplant on brain death at hospitals.

5 - Promotion of Arts and Cultures

Activism on "world peace through beauty"

Peaceful heart and mind at the delicate touch of fine art bring world peace collectively. In particular, we offer our guests with the opportunities to be part of cultural activities that are unique to Japan, such as tea ceremony, 2-string koto harp and noh as part of our contribution to this end.

2 - Environmental Movement and Energy Development

Activities to create sustainable world

Utilize the force of nature as the source of energy, instead of limited energy resource which may become the cause of war and conflict. We also promote our members to carry"My Bottle" and "My Shopping Bag" anywhere they go as part of our environmentally friendly initiative.

4 - World Federation Movement

Activism for world unity

We are supportive of the World Federation Movement internationally, as well as ecumenical action by any religious groups and organizations in the world which advocate for world peace.

6 - Charitable Activity and Natural Disaster Relief

Activities to help one another

Give a help to those in need to create hearty, joyful society, while renouncing our egocentric, self-servicing attitude, so people of the whole world may rejoice together.

7 - Esperanto Movement

Activism to popularize an international language

Popularize Esperanto, “the language of peace” , and use it as a politically-neutral medium of transnational communication. The artificially created language invented by L.L. Zamenhof in the 18th century is spoken by one million people worldwide.
