Introducing "Aizen Piglet Project"
Help the needy in South West Asia - piglet gift pays off tuitions for Philippino school children!
We are offering support for children in Marinduque, Philippines, who cannot afford to go to school because of financial difficulties. Our "Aizen Piglet Project" provides these unfortunate children with piglets which bear offsprings to be sold for funds for their school education. It also offers them the opportunity to acquire necessary skills to raise them properly, which also gives them advantage in their livelihood in the region.
Annual income of at least ¥20,000 (about $132.00USD) will put each child through a full school curriculum until graduation.
This Aizen activity started in 1993 by the Manila Branch of the Jinrui Aizenkai (currently out of operation), founded by Mr. Mitsuo Hirano. The program soon halted when Mr. Hirano met his untimely death in 1995. Inheriting his will, the Marinduque Branch was established in 2010, continuing the charitable program as the second-phase project.

Donation will be handed to our Marinduque Branch Office. Recipients of a piglet donates a female of its first born babies back - children then sell other offsprings for money to put them through their course work.

At the branch, the returned female pigs are provided to other children on our program. However, there are many cases in which the number of piglets decreases by half due to diseases like swine fever, and continuous donations are needed to sustain operations. So far, more than 200 children have been able to attend school thanks to this program.
